There are some tickets falling under specific categories which cannot give a refund on cancellation but apart from that majority of the times it is expected from the company to provide you with refunds on time for your canceled tickets.
Tickets, services as well as optional products which are purchased within the United States of America will demand a time period of 7 working days to initiate and generate the refund if you have paid for the same using credit or debit cards. Also sometimes the time period may vary depending upon your Credit Card Company’s rules and regulations. If you have paid for the tickets and other things with cash or cheque, then the refund will be initiated within 20 working days.
A refund on credit card purchases will be submitted in the same credit card account only. Also sometimes services charges can be demanded in case of some refunds which are mostly rare cases only.

- Valid tickets and receipt of services as well as optional products which are not expired. Tickets do not expire in a year of its booking; the same rule applies in case of optional products as well.
- Ticket number of electronic tickets.
- An application containing the explanation of cancellation and refund as well.
- Your personal details consisting name, address, contact numbers, and email id as well.
Cancellation Policy For Non-Refundable Ticket
If your ticket value is less than $3, then you can get your refund from the airport ticket counter of the airline company or from their US airport ticket officer as well.
Refunds can be done only by calling up the American airline Reservations department only. You can either call them on their number from the website of the company directly.
