You are demonstrating the worst customer service I have seen in any company during this COVID worldwide pandemic. To make people have to re-book a flight within 90 days of cancelling when no one knows when travel will be safe again, if they will be able to afford traveling in the near future or if they will be well enough to travel in the near future! My daughther tested positive they want me to flight within 90 days they didn't re-book within 90 days. I hope the horrible coverage the news is showing about your company has an impact on you.

AND, my daughter in law has tried to talk to someone on the phone and has been disconnected more than twice and has been on hold for over 30 minutes each time. This is reprehensible treatment during this horrible time in our lives.

I cannot reach anyone at the main Frontier #, unless I want to book a new flight. I have never seen anything like this. There seems to be no way to cancel or change my flight. I get cut off from the call. It even asks me if I need information on the corona virus, then I say yes, and it cuts me off. You could be the worst company I have ever dealt with. never again.
I get no answer from phone call. I want to know if they can help me with a wheel chair when I get to the airport..Or help me get to the plane with my cane.
I had some doubt regarding Frontier Airline's refund policy so dialed their contact number and my call was answered immediately. they cleared all my doubts very politely. I was really satisfied with their answer.
